an easy going demeanor, and an eye for safety. Combine that with his leadership
ability and a knack for keeping the crew united and working.

NAME: Lenny Lekanoff

Why I picked him: Lenny seems to be a great deckhand with lots of experience and dedication.
I was impressed by how eager he was to continue working after he injured his finger. He's also laid back
and seemingly even tempered; important when you're out at sea.





NAME: Dave Millman

Why I picked him: Dave is a strong and capable deckhand with a good amount of experience. He works hard
with no complaints and is dedicated to his work.



NAME: Norman Hansen

Why I picked him: The quiet and most elusive Hansen brother, there's still no doubt that
Norman is a great addition to any boat. His focus and work ethic make him an excellent deckhand.

Why I picked him: While not a very experienced deckhand, Crosby is a hard worker. He does his job with no complaints or
questions and is willing to take up slack whenever needed. He also is very easy going and takes criticism well.
