Mini bio: Larry Hendricks, from Seattle, Wash., has been a professional fisherman for almost 20 years. He loves the sea, and believes fishing is not only a job, but a lifestyle as well. He has specially designed his boat to accommodate his older deckhands, whom he has kept with him for nearly his entire career. Larry has lost many friends to the sea, which encourages a heightened level of safety on his boat.

Mini bio: Kenny Hendricks, Larry's cousin, has been crabbing with Larry for most of his career. Deck boss of the Sea Star, his age and agility sometimes cause this work to be more tiring for him than his younger crewmates, but they work as a team and make it through. Kenny spends his time off with his wife and young children at their home in Seattle, Wash. 2007 marked Kenny's 34th year on the Sea Star. Over the years he has been the cook, deckhand, engineer and relief captain.
