A.Guts, but...the right kind of guts not the kind that make you a hero in your own mind! Integrity and Respect, for the sea, the crab your crew and mostly your family! Courage to take responsibility, for your actions both on and off the boat! To be man enough to admit your mistakes! Willingness to do as you're told and not question the Captain's decisions, even when you don't agree!
