Addicted to Deadliest Catch

For so many years I hated TV. Watching movies and reading meant your mind wouldn't rot...and then came the show that topped it all. It grabbed my heart and soul. I'm a diehard fan of all the crews. Capt Sig is my favorite. And I will surely miss Capt Phil. What a great guy and wonderful father. God Bless Jake and Josh as they are going through this sorrowful time. Cant wait til April 13! Fish On!

I do agree also!! I cant hardly wait to see all the new ones coming up! I want to move to Alaska & actually go out on a big boat, probably empty my belly a few hundred times while Im out there. But I want the experience of doing it! hey if theyre are any one on here who wants to be friends on here, write me! I'd love to meet other fans!

me too, I can't get enough. I love this show and I'm looking foward to the new season! Capt. Phil is my favorite and I will miss him.

I hope the show never ends...It is always gripping and worth setting the time to watch the show every week and even the reruns. Edgar is by far my favorite and I really do like Keith. I think he has a soft heart even thou he can be tough on his crew. But then again they all are.

I'm new to this obsession and catching up on the episodes. Tomorrow night will be the first time I'll see one in "real time". Do you guys know that the Northwestern is probably out fishing cod right now? Or could be down in Ballard at the shipyard. I go down everytime I'm in town just to see if there are any boats I recognize. The smells get me everytime. Diesel, rotten dried fish, salt water, fresh paint and hydraulic oil.

I just watched newest episode of DC. I seriously think I heard a collective CRACK of womens' hearts breaking all over the world at the thought of Edgar not being on the boat anymore. Damn that Edgar and his family values! Who could blame him anyway? Sig is a Crab Nazi!!!!!!

I really love to watch Deadliest Catch. ( or maybe its just the Capitains or some of the crew ) I have my favorites (a toss up between Captain Sig and Captain Jonathan) and ones I love to hate. This is such a great show I have been watching since season 1 and I'm not sure if it is an addiction or an obession. Whatever, I would never miss a show and watch them over and over. Love when the discovery channel does a marathon.

I just found out they have Deadliest Catch on Netflix! So... I have like... 5 years to catch up on. And most of it you can watch online. WHOO HOO! So uh... you know what I"ll be doing till tonight's show. :-) I feel like such a nut. ;-/

Mounds, Almond Joy...get it...I have seasons 1, 2, and 3 on DVD. In my world you are perfectly normal. It's not all about my crush on Edgar either. I respond to sight and sound more than anything else so I believe it was Mike Rowes voice that caught my attention, the beauty of Alaska that held it, and my crush on E that kept me coming back!!!!!! Can't wait for tonights show. Looks like the two Jakes will return to their home boats. I hope everyone knows about the Discovery Channels web site. you can get sneak peeks and updates and all kinds of good things.
